What are your prices?

You can view our pricing through our online booking system. Please visit the booking page to see all available packages and rates.

What are your availabilities?

Our booking system shows studio availability in real time. Simply choose the date and time that works best for you and book instantly.

Do I need to know how to use the equipment?

Not at all. Our studio is equipped with professional gear and an on-site engineer will be available to ensure your session runs smoothly.

Can I smoke or drink alcohol in the studio?

No. Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Failure to follow this rule will result in your session being cancelled without a refund.

Can I eat or drink in the studio?

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the studio. However, you are welcome to eat and drink in the reception or waiting area.

Can I visit or see the studio before booking?

Yes. You can schedule a studio tour through our booking system to see the space before your session.

What do I need to bring to the studio?

Nothing is required. Just bring yourself and your recording team and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you provide editing services?

Yes. You can add our Premium Full Edit add-on when making your booking. Our team will handle the filming and editing using our professional editing suite.

Can I bring extra people with me?

Only the recording team (maximum of 3 people including the artist) is allowed inside the studio. Additional guests can wait in the reception or waiting area.

Can I bring my own camera, microphone, or lighting?

No. To maintain our production quality standards, external equipment is not permitted in the studio.

I made a booking but didn’t receive a confirmation email.

You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes (up to 2 hours). Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will assist you.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule your session using the reschedule button in your confirmation email. Please note that sessions cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

I missed my booking. Can I reschedule it?

Unfortunately, missed bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
