Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Eloud Nation (“Eloud Nation”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern all studio bookings, memberships, subscriptions, services, and related transactions conducted with Eloud Nation Media Studios in Nigeria.

By booking a session or subscribing to a membership, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Governing Law: Federal Republic of Nigeria

1. Definitions

• Member – Any individual or entity subscribed to a monthly or annual membership plan.
• Non-Member – Any individual or entity booking a pay-as-you-go session.
• Session – A fixed 3-hour studio booking for Non-Members or allocated hours under a Membership plan.
• Add-Ons – Optional paid services including additional engineer support, editing, mixing, extended hours, additional guests, or upgrades.

2. Membership Plans

2.1 Monthly Memberships

• Gold Member – ₦100,000 / month6 hours studio access, community events, discounted studio hire, networking opportunities.
• Platinum Member – ₦200,000 / month12 hours studio access, priority booking, limited guest access, discounted event access.
• Diamond Member – ₦450,000 / month25+ hours monthly, podcast & video studio access, free event entry, top booking priority.
• Team / Group Member – ₦550,000+ / monthShared access (up to 3 authorised users), extended hours, brand collaboration support.

2.2 Annual Membership Packages

• Gold Creative – ₦1,080,000 annually72 hours annually, community events, discounted studio hire.
• Platinum Creative – ₦2,160,000 annually144 hours annually, priority booking, limited guest access.
• Diamond Creator – ₦4,860,000 annually300+ hours annually, podcast & video studio access, free event entry.
• Team / Collective – From ₦5,940,000 annuallyExtended shared hours, brand collaboration & visibility support.

3. Non-Member Studio Bookings

All non-member sessions are fixed at 3 hours per booking.

• Compact Music Studio – ₦75,000 (3 hours)Recording setup, in-house engineer, standard hours access.
• Compact Podcast Studio – ₦60,000 (3 hours)Multi-mic setup, basic lighting, technician support.
• Premium Music Studio – ₦120,000 (3 hours)Recording, mixing & mastering, high-spec production booth, DJ booth/soundstage for rehearsals.
• Premium Podcast Studio – ₦90,000 (3 hours)Full video capability, premium studio facilities.

4. Add-Ons & Surcharges

• Additional Engineer / Producer – ₦30,000 per session
• Video Editing (Basic) – ₦50,000 per session
• Audio Mixing & Mastering – From ₦80,000 per track
• Extended Hours – +25% surcharge
• Extra Guests / Crew – ₦15,000 per person per session

5. Booking & Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before any session is confirmed.
• Membership payments are due in advance.
• Members receive booking priority over non-members.
• Prices may change with notice.
• Late payments may result in suspension of access.
• All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (₦).

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Memberships

• 14-day cooling-off period for new memberships.
• Monthly memberships require 30 days’ written notice after the first billing cycle.
• Annual memberships are binding and non-refundable after activation.

Non-Member Sessions

• Rescheduling permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
• No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

7. Studio Use & Conduct

• Clients must treat equipment and facilities responsibly.
• Damage caused by negligence will be charged accordingly.
• Disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour may result in termination without refund.
• Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

8. Media File Delivery

Media files will be delivered within 3 to 30 working days via a secure download link or user account.

Files remain available for 14 calendar days only. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.

Eloud Nation is not liable for data loss after expiry.

9. Liability Limitation

Personal property is brought to the studio at the client’s own risk. Eloud Nation is not liable for theft, damage, or loss unless caused by proven negligence.

Liability is limited to ₦250,000 per incident. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control including internet failures, government actions, civil unrest, or natural disasters.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services without refund if:

• Payments are overdue
• These Terms are breached
• Equipment is damaged
• Conduct is unlawful or disruptive

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. Where resolution fails, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Lagos under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.

13. Acceptance

By booking a session or subscribing to a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
