Refund Policy

At Eloud Nation, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all bookings and memberships. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for studio sessions, memberships, and related services.
By booking a session or subscribing to a membership, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Non-Member Studio Bookings
1.1 Payment Requirement
All non-member sessions require full payment upfront to confirm the booking.
1.2 Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your session time.
- No Refund: If you fail to attend your scheduled session (“no-show”).
1.3 Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduled sessions are non-refundable thereafter.
2. Membership Refunds
2.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
New memberships are eligible for cancellation within 14 days of activation, provided:
- No studio hours have been used; OR
- A proportionate deduction is applied for any hours already used.
Refunds will be processed after deducting:
- Hours used at the applicable non-member rate; and
- Any applicable administrative fees.
2.2 Monthly Memberships
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, monthly memberships are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
- Unused hours do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.
- No refunds are issued for unused time.
2.3 Annual Memberships
- Annual memberships are binding for the full term.
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, annual memberships are non-refundable.
- Early termination does not entitle the member to a partial refund.
3. Add-ons & Digital Services
The following services are non-refundable once delivered or commenced:
- Video editing
- Audio mixing & mastering
- Production services
- Additional engineer or crew services
- Branding or content development services
If an add-on service has not yet commenced, refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion.
4. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If Eloud Nation cancels your session due to:
- Technical issues
- Operational reasons
- Force majeure events
- Staff unavailability
You will be offered either:
- A full refund; OR
- A rescheduled session at no additional cost.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Internet failure
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Natural disasters
In such cases, rescheduling options may be provided.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Used studio hours
- Completed sessions
- No-shows
- Promotional or discounted membership plans (after 14 days)
- Administrative or booking fees
8. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, cancel or request a refund directly from your profile.

All refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy.
9. Policy Updates
Eloud Nation reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website with the revised effective date.
