House Rules

1. Respect the Space

• Treat all studio equipment with care
• Do NOT move, disconnect, or adjust equipment without permission
• Report faults or damage immediately
• Damage caused by negligence will be charged

2. Be On Time

• Sessions start and end at the booked time
• Arrive 15 minutes early
• Overtime is chargeable

3. Guest Policy

• Only recording teams of not more than 3 persons are allowed in the studio
• Extra guests attract additional fees
• You are responsible for your guests

4. Cleanliness

• No food or drinks near recording equipment
• Dispose of trash properly
• Leave the studio as you found it

5. Professional Conduct

• No illegal activities
• No eating, drinking, smoking, or vaping in studios
• No abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour
• Respect staff and fellow creators

6. Content Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for the content you create
• No copyright infringement
• No unlawful material

7. File Policy

• Media files delivered within 3 to 30 working days
• Files remain available for 14 calendar days
• Download and back up files immediately
• We are not liable for files after expiry

Emergency Procedures

Your safety is our priority.

Fire or Evacuation

• Stop the session immediately
• Power down equipment if instructed
• Follow staff directions
• Exit calmly through the nearest safe route
• Assemble at the designated meeting point
• Do NOT re-enter until cleared

Electrical Hazard

• Do NOT touch exposed wiring
• Inform staff immediately
• Keep clear of the affected area

Medical Emergency

• Notify staff immediately
• Provide clear details of the situation
• Emergency services will be contacted
• Remain calm and clear space for responders

Prohibited in All Cases

• Tampering with studio electrical systems
• Blocking emergency exits
• Ignoring staff safety instructions

Failure to Comply

Eloud Nation reserves the right to:

• Terminate sessions without refund
• Suspend or revoke memberships
• Charge for damages
